Installation and Ongoing Support
Our certified staff, assigned to your project, arrives on site prior to your installation to gather programming information and completes a site survey to access what is needed to complete the installation. Often preprogramming is done at our office, our goal is to minimize or eliminate downtime for your business as the new system is being installed. The technician then tests all systems and programming to insure that everything is functioning according to your specifications.
Onsite Technical Service
Tel-West service representatives are highly trained to provide the highest level of customer support available. Our staff of factory trained and certified technicians are on-call 24 hours a day with access to extensive on site equipment inventories for fast and efficient response to customer needs.
Cabling for Voice, Data and Fiber applications
As a licensed telecom electrical contractor, our bonded and insured technicians run, terminate and certify voice and data cabling for existing, remodel and new construction projects.
Effective implementation of any new office system requires a structured, ongoing training program. We work with each customer's individual needs to design a training program and documentation to maximize the potential of your technology and staff.
End user training usually consists of classes at your facility conducted in groups of approximately 10 employees. Customized training materials are provided.
System administrators and key answering positions receive additional materials and instruction.
Training is included on new installations for the life of your system for all existing employees.
